The Sentry DS-3 sampler is a heavy-duty sampler that automates sampling of materials such as grains from conveyors. This sampler captures samples from a point in process streams and often is used when the material is homogenous.
To obtain a sample, a scoop rotates through a conic path, scooping a sample from the belt, which is then poured into a large stainless-steel hopper.
- Rugged bridge type supports to mount the sampler on top of the conveyor belt.
- This heavy-duty sampler has a low profile of less than 24 inches (61 cm)
- NEMA 4/4X Sampler Controller enclosure and weather resistant sampler enclosure.
