Designed for sampling powders, flakes, and pellets, the ISOLOK SAH sampler ensures that your samples are represeantative of your entire process. This automatic sampler usesa three-inch stroke cylinder to obtain samples from heavy walled vessels such as mixers, dryers, and reactors.
The ISOLOK sampler's design uses compressed air to grab a fixed amount pf product at set intervals. The product is then discharged by gravity to a sampler container. This ensures that your sample is not only representative of the entire batch but also allows for inline batch control.

The SAK powder sampler is designed to capture a 16 or 18cc sample, making it adaptable to sampling requirements.
The sampler is available in versatile seal options to meet your process needs.
Handles powder, flakes, and pellets up tp 5/8 inch (16mm) without shearing or degradding sample material.
